Ordering Methods

For Ordering, please EMAIL us at shopatthemod@gmail.com upon confirmation of your purchase(s) with the following:

1) normal /registered mail,
2) payment account type , e.g posb/uob etc
3) Customers name as in account
4) address
5) Item no
6) Payment ammount

We will get back to you and you will receive an an confirmation email of your purchase(s) via shopatthemod@gmail.com

Once the order is confirm, NO cancellation can be made.

Please do check on your 'spam box' in your email, just in case the reply mail is auto sent to your 'spam box' instead of your 'inbox'.

Delivery Methods

1) Normal mail +($2.50 per first item)
Additional ($1.00) for every TOP & accessary /($1.50) for every one pc dress & bottom

Singpost postman will deliver the package to the mailbox directly.
There would NOT be tracking number for normal mail.

2) Registered mail
(on top of Normal mail item) + additional $2.00

Singpost postman will deliver the package to the address stated.
There would be tracking number for registered mail.

The postman will leave a collection slip behind in the address mailbox for collection at the nearest post office, upon unsuccessful delivery.
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order(s) has been processed and posted. With the tracking number,you would be able to check the status of the package with SingPost .

shopatthemod shall not be held responsible for lost mail regardless of delivery by normal or registered mail.
We STRONGLY recommend customers to use registered mail.

Postage will arrive within 7 to 9 working days (excluding Sat,Sun and Public holidays) after you had made the payment.

(We collect postage on a fixed format. No topups would be required when the actual postage is higher. No refunds would be made if the actual postage is lower. We hope for your understanding as there are too many transactions to keep track and to make daily.)

Payment Methods

shopatthemod accepts the following payment:

- Bank Transfer to
POSB SAVINGS ACCOUNT 126-983-654

- For iBanking Customers,
please kindly provide iBanking nick and transaction reference number.
Also a printscreen of the transaction made saved as jpg format.

(Please note that it takes 3 working days to reach our bank account, if ibanking transfer is done from other bank account (UOB,OCBC,HSBC etc). We will notify you once payment is confirmed.)

- For Customers using POSB/DBS ATM Transfer,
please kindly provide transaction reference number from receipt and a snapshot of your transaction receipt.

Your Unique preference(s) will be posted soon after confirmation of payment.

*Please kindly note that payment must be made within 1 day upon receiving a confirmation from us, if not order will be released to the next interested buyer.
*Please kindly note that different producing batches, there may be deviation of 1~2cm on the measurement and the colors shown in the pictures may not correspond 100% to those in the items themselves due to differences in monitor setting.

Refund Policies

-All the items will be checked before sending out.
-No exchange of purchased item is provided

Refund

-No Refund will be made for purchased item.
-No cancellations to be made once the order is confirmed and paid
